- A medical assistant on-site can gather data on the patient's symptoms to send to the doctor
- The doctor then uses a video call for the consultation
Multiple parties allowed during consultation
- Enables data access to third parties (i.e. distant family members, other doctors)
- Sessions are recorded and stored in the medical center database
